I sent an online request TWICE & didn’t hear from anyone. Then I called for an appointment & scheduled a time to get my oil change. Two & a half hours later, I was able to leave. After an hour, I was told my car was being serviced but waited another hour & a half to be finished. Not long before my vehicle was ready, I was told they were short staffed. Had someone told me that from the beginning, I would have asked for a shuttle to get something accomplished in that amount of time. Better communication would appreciated. No one offered to was my car for the inconvenience. My time is worth something.

Staff interactions and mechanic expertise are excellent. It’s the website and the links in text messages that cause me a lot of stress. This time I sent a message online but somehow selected sales instead of service. I needed a tire fixed or replaced and did not see that as a choice. I received text messages with links but pressing on the links took me to a list of items that didn’t mean anything to me. I have struggled with the website for years and it seems to me that Toyota should have a national template that is ver user friendly.
