The oil change and tire rotation was performed in a very satisfactory timeframe. I received a text messages in the waiting room telling me the health on the 2021 RAV4 battery was 59%, plus an expensive replacement cost. Later telling me that another test said the battery was good. What is the difference between the tests and why wouldn’t the battery be covered under warranty?
