Appears no one caught that this was a 70000 service instead of a 60000 mile. Does this mean we need more service? I completely surprised that someone didn’t catch that when they entered the mileage. Plus you folks have all the history on this vehicle’s service. You’ve done 90% of the work. Does Moines and Ft. Dodge have done the rest. I would think that all Toyota dealers connect to central database for tracking warranty work.

If you are going to use a text messaging system to ask for approvals, customers need to be made aware of that ahead of time. My husband brought my vehicle in for me today for a simple pre-scheduled oil change so I wouldn't have to take time off work. Since I was at work and not personally waiting in the lobby, I was not looking for or expecting texts to inquire about additional things like air filters. My husband waited for almost 2 hours and nobody came out to talk to him. Once I realized how long he had been waiting, I tried to call the service department 8 times and nobody answered. I finally saw the text about an air filter and approved it via text, but nobody waiting in person in a lobby should have to wait 2 hours with nobody from a service department personally coming out to talk with them.

I was to get a call back from the manager & it did not happen. The woman who greeted me for service talked so fast she was hard to follow & made me feel like I could not speak until allowed.
I have 2 broken pieces from under my seat that I was told I must of kicked. I’m not sure how I would kick the back under my seat & broken off both of them.
Last time I was in I was told I needed $500 repair. Today my car checked out ok. My real frustration is that I need service I can trust & now I have lost that!!!!

My windshield recently was replaced after it was accidentally broken from a previous appointment and when I received my car back the windshield had not been cleaned at all. There is glue residue everywhere, which wouldn’t be so bad bc most of those spots I could clean myself but whomever installed it put on my mirror over a sticker or sticker residue w/o cleaning it first so there is no way to get that mark off so it looks like there is a sticker right in the top middle of my windshield. I did take pictures and would be happy to send to you. I would have happily left my car there another day if they needed the proper time to clean it :( We can live with it but was very disappointed in the quality of work as it could easily have been seen if someone would have checked it prior to us picking it up. Just thought you should know so this doesn’t happen to future customers.
