After 4 1/2 hours of attempting to repair the sqeaky brakes on our less than 1 year old RAV4, and having the same problem since the first 5,000 miles, we were told today that there's nothing that Wilson Toyota can do. I didn’t get my oil changed, he said he couldn’t find my service plan agreement because the system was down and wanted me to purchase a new one. I did not want to do that at this time. With the holidays and everything, I do not have the money for a $300 service plan when I drove up (which was an hour drive one way) there thinking I would have my 2nd free oil change. I was very upset when I left having to drive another hour home.
