I've had Kaley help me a few times. She rules. Never gives me a hard sell, clearly knows her ****. Just excels at her role. I've worked at dealerships before and she stands out in my mind against most places.

I am not satisfied with our factory remote start. It works maybe 25 percent more f the time. When this was brought up, We were told that that is the way it is...that certainly would not be the answer if something else standard didn't work 25 percent of the time. I would like this issue resolved.

I don’t need contacted. It took two hours for an oil change with no other problems. I thought that seemed longer than I have waited in the past. In fact the service has been quite efficient on other visits. I’m not dissatisfied with the service, only that I wish things had moved more quickly as we had to drive back to Johnston after leaving the dealership.
The young man who worked with us was accommodating.
