The service was great. It would have made a huge difference today if they had called and notified me they were running 90 minutes late for the appointment starting at 10. I drive 30 miles to the dealer, then had a 180 mile trip to take today - one way. Would have been able to rearrange life.
I know they are short handed because it takes s minimum of two weeks to get a service appointment.

Appointment for 12:15 . Auto was finally looked at one hour later . It took one hour and 50 minutes for a 5000 mile check on a new car . I’ve purchased two new cars from Wilson Toyota in the past two years . I no longer bring the 2021 Highlander for service because the service department isn’t worth the trouble . I will no longer bring my 2023 Camry for service , even though the next four checks are free . It’s not worth putting up with the incompetence. I will pay for my services elsewhere .
