Car was serviced and I was treated with respect by all. Only complaint I waited over 1.5 hours. Wait was long.

While our service was fine, I feel compelled to comment on another situation. When we went inside, we ran into our son in law and grandson. Granted, they had stopped without an appt. but needed a simple computer diagnostic run. S-I-L was told he could be squeezed in. They waited more than 1.5 hours and their car had not been touched. We understand the no appt. problem, but when someone comes in with littles - they can’t be expected to wait hours. They eventually left with the dash lights still blinking like a Christmas tree. It would have been best to have asked them to schedule an appt rather than leaving them sitting.
