Katie was great and knowledgeable in attending to me. My frustration was with the amount of time it took to rotate tires and do maintenance check. Waiting for over two hours for this service was excessive, in my opinion. Thanks for valuing my feedback.

3 weeks to get an appointment then had to wait 3 hours for routine oil change. Ridiculous to make customers wait that long for a time you scheduled. No issues with the workmanship but I'm done and won't be bringing this car back for servicing.

Everyone was very nice! When the car was done, the technician explained everything to me! I had a full inspection n they rate everything! Didn’t charge me for anything extra! So being y 1st time there I want to say I don’t believe they rip you off on thing you don’t need! Yaaaaaa!
