Kaley is great to work with, leaves no surprises, and is thorough. I am concerned that the prices are creeping higher than other dealership and peer options of service/parts. As someone who doesn’t price shop I was very surprised with the cost of parts enough to call and compare, confirming this. Again—nothing that should reflect on Kaley, but it will cause me to shop around in the future.
