Service was fine, but had to wait 2 1/2 hours for tire rotation and checkup on a vehicle with 2700 miles. Too many people waiting. Suggest you not schedule so many appointments that overlap. Otherwise let people know upfront of the expected wait time so alternative plans can be made.

I asked your service department 3 years ago to fix my glove compartment box after it stopped closing correctly when they checked the cabin filter. They never fixed it then not told me what the issue was. When I got into my vehicle yesterday after I was told everything was done, my glove compartment box wouldn't close at all. Additionally, my low tire light was still on (one of the items I asked them to correct on this visit). When I drive back into the service area because of these issues, I was told that one (or more) of my tires sensors must be out. Zach told me it may take several cycles (starting of the car?) for this light to come back on, so that may be why they didn't see it. Odd, since the light was on when I came in. Even more frustrating, he basically told me he couldn't verify I was telling the truth when I told him about the glove compartment box issue having been caused/happened when I asked about it 3 years ago. When I asked that they fix the issue that it appeared was cause by their service, he told me that they didn't know why it was happening as all patches, etc. were intact and working. I made the comment that they are the service area and are supposed to be able to find and fix issues - why else was I bringing my car into their service department?? He when had me wait again and this time he told me they find that if looked like the bottom "springs" of the glove compartment were worn down, causing the compartment to sag. Ok, that makes sense, why wasn't this found 3 years ago? Why did I have to argue with him to get an answer on what the cause of the problem was? I left upset and am still not happy about the lack of customer service this represented. Once on the drive home, I also found that they hadn't removed the previous sticker from my last oil change and they hadn't added a new one. It was easy to tell this since (for the first & only time) I had to get the oil changed at a different place last time. I've been a loyal Toyota customer for over 25 years, having bought many Camry vehicles before I purchased my Prius. This was very disappointing that I would be handed back my car with issues not being addressed or even mentioned. The glove compartment was especially problematic because that would have been a hazard if I hadn't noticed it and things started flying out of it when I was driving.

It took 2 hours for them to do a 30-minute job. Why do customers have to make appointments then? Also, the guy who is supposed to assist a customer was going to give me someone else's vehicle!! It is probably the worse experience I have ever had at your service department. I used to highly recommend your service department but no more.
