Small area for improvement is for during the regular maintenance the tires have not been checked because a specific tool to open the tires has not been there.

I made an appointment for 1:45pm and it took until 4:20 to do an oil change and tire rotation. I feel that is unacceptable. I’m will not be returning to you for any future maintenance on my vehicle. There are Toyota dealers in Ankeny and Des Moines that I can use.

Very unorganized. After more than two hours for oil change and tire rotation I asked and it was like they didn’t know a lot. My name was listed on board in red it said in progress, of which many said the same but different colors. I asked the girl at the desk what red meant answer was they’re waiting for parts or it will be here a couple days. I said no. Then she said we sometimes don’t remove names from the board when done. Why? Waited a while longer and asked the guy in an office about my car, didn’t ask my name but car type and color. Are you over booking for the number of employees?

The service was great except for the 3.5 hour wait just for a tire rotation. I completely understand being short handed and even just overwhelmed. I honestly am not mad, but 3.5 hours I would have loved a heads up that it would be that long.

Too long of a wait time!!! Please don’t double book appointments, especially if you can’t handle the turnover in a reasonable time. I had a simple oil change scheduled, and I waited for two hours. Please communicate why the long wait times and reiterate options at time of scheduling, the shuttle, or to drop off. I would have planned my day differently.

I had an appointment for 1:45 2 weeks ahead of time and I am sure they didn’t start my van until I called about 3:30. I dropped it off about 7:30 am. Normally the service is real good but not this time. I have been bought 4 new Toyotas from Wilson and this is the first time I have been disappointed with anything

Headlights not switched back to auto. That's dangerous because many drivers aren't used to ever touching the headlights any more. It slowly gets dark while driving and we (or our kid drivers) don't realize we're driving without lights.
