Your service dept is very unprofessional. The notification system failed. If a customer doesn't respond, maybe it's your system NOT the customer's fault. Definitely know there were 3 elderly ladies, myself and college student that was unable to get quality service and were there twice as long, for basic service. Hope you lose their business, because you DEFINITELY lost our future automobile sales and service work. NOT to mention, We will NOT recommend you!

#3 I had an appointment for servicing my 2021 Highlander. To think I had to wait an hour and thirty minutes for service to be completed, I could not understand until I was told it was because you were having a tire sale. Wait, what! Tires take priority over car sales and service after the sale? Good luck with your future tire sales.
