Five hours to get a oil and filter change and a winter thermostat installed. Technicians never came to me and told me there was a problem or what the problem was. I’ve used Wilson’s service for years but won’t bother to go back.

Wait was incredibly long -- 2 1/2 hours for a seasonal checkup, and that was with a pre-scheduled appointment. Also, they mixed up my account with another person who had the same last name. I actually signed his receipt before realizing I had been given the wrong car key and that I owed nothing for the work. Seemed quite strange as my 2008 Camry is long past its warranty. Either Toyota had way over-scheduled or were unexpectedly short of mechanics today. In either case, clients should have been been forewarned and given the opportunity to reschedule to another date.

My experience went well .
I did hear some complaints from others in the lounge area who were unhappy with their wait time for their vehicle .
I found that annoying. Perhaps a PR person to address the verbal complainers .I do realize there are people who complain as a way to get attention. I for one do not appreciate their vocal efforts.
If the process will take 4 hours perhaps address the prior to the appointment .
