It was 2 hours before I was on my way home. It should never take 2 HOURS for an oil change if you have a scheduled appointment.

accustom to. Took close to 90 minutes for tire rotation and inspection. In the past service has taken about an hour.
I wish person checking us in would have informed us of how long the service would be taking.
