I would have liked to leave when the job was done rather than wait for your staffs lunch break to end . I was hungry as well. I don’t blame your employees it’s more of a process missing to handle schedules and coverage for everyone. I’m not dissatisfied they always do a great job and are customer service pros.

I am very disappointed in today service, came for simple oil change that make me wait almost 3 hours. If I have not say anything I guess they will tell me my vehicle is ready when they close. I know the dealer love to upsell recommending the service that we don't need, and Wilson Toyota always have the good reputation until today. Kaley my service advisor who try to scam me that my cabin air filter need to replace, when I just replace it before came in for the oil change so I know it is brand new, give me BS excuse say oh the tech took the wrong picture it is someone else filter REALLY? SMH. But anyway inside of my car was really dirty oil stain mark everywhere and my chair is dirty feel like someone step on it. Some kick mark outside of my car too. I guess they are just mad for not able to sell me their over price cabin air filter. I guess that is my last visit to Wilson Toyota, should just listen to my friend and visit local mechanical shop help out the local. Service now is just horrible bunch dishonest people, really miss my old service advisor Zach never try to charge for service that is not needed.

In for an oil change. Appt was at 2:45, I arrived at 2:37. Was told 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Received the text saying I was checked in. Then waited, and waited for any word. Returned after a 2 hour wait, questioned where the van was in process. No answer for quite a while. Finally, :45 before you closed, I was told they were just getting started on the van. 2 hours, 45 minutes after my appt. There should of been some communication in that long span of waiting. I was unable to stay :45 more so had to find a ride home, as the shuttle was no where to be found. I’m not saying it was any one persons fault, but I do believe if I have an appt, that time slot should be honored. If it’s too much for the crew working, then maybe don’t book so many appts. I had to return in the morning to pick up my van. Also, right at 6 o’clock, I received a text saying I needed new wipers & did I want that done. I replied yes. Yet, when I picked the van up, the wipers had not been changed. I love this company and the people there, but was sure taken back by the service I received yesterday.

I seem to learn something new. Today I learned that you vacuum the car, something that I never had done before. After I had been a customer for maybe a year or so, I learned you provided car wash service if I asked, no one had ever told me before I just happen to mention it by chance comparing it to the Toyota in Granger. I was sent an estimate of my bill while I was waiting, new service? I had an oil change and oil rotatation. The estimate was for about $110. I did have to remind my advisor that I purchased my tires from you so there shouldn’t be a charge for the tire rotation. He apologized an removed that charge. No one is perfect. I do appreciate the new information about vacuuming my car that he did, a service no one ever gave me before at Wilson. I don’t understand why but I have it now. Thanks.
