IMT Insurance was supposed to get an estimate of cost before doing the work. After my windshield was recalibrated, Brian said I had to pay for the work and turn it in myself to IMT. In talking to IMT, they said they never got the estimate request from Wilson. So now I don't what I will get reimbursed by IMT. Communications was poor for preparing for this visit.

I have brought my vehicle to your dealership several times for service, each time taking an excessive amount of time to complete. Yesterday was no different. I made an appointment to bring my car in for a check engine light and other minor items. I approached the service rep after the car sat in the service parking lot for over two hours before it was evaluated for repairs. After 3 1/2 hours, I was told I merely had a defective gas cap and the other repairs were not addressed.

Jamie never mentioned anything about text messages. I waited 35 minutes after the text message was sent thinking the text message meant my van was done and no Jamie to explain that I was to answer the message to finish up on my van. If you are going to work thru text message you need to explain it to the customers first. Because of this I was not able to finish my shopping so now I have to make another 25 mile trip to Ames because I was not informed as to how your new system works.

I specifically told the service department what part I needed tightened on my tailgate because it rattled. I picked my truck up and that part was not tightened at all. Other than that the service was speedy. Just disappointed I have to tighten the top trim piece on my brand new truck myself. Also asked that my bed bolts be checked. Was not stated that they were checked. This was all relayed at check in. Not to mechanic I’m sure.

I left my car for an oil change on Thursday morning at 9:00 am. I was not informed when the car was ready to be picked up although she had mentioned that she would do so. I waited until Friday evening for a message and then called the service department. They said that it was ready. So, I went and picked it up on Friday evening. I have had very good experience so far. The service department does a thorough check up of my car.
