Wait time was longer than anticipated. I had a 5pm appointment and it took 1 hour & 30 minutes for an oil change and first 10,000 mile inspection. Otherwise service was great & staff was friendly.

Logan was great, the actual work done is excellent. It continues to be the inefficiency that is frustrating. I dropped my car off at 8:30, my appointment was for 10:30, i finished work at 1:30 and my car wasn’t finished until 2:30 for MPI, oil change, new tires and alignment. I was also frustrated to learn of the new 3% charge on credit cards.
