Kaylee was wonderful. Very personable & I loved working with her. My complaint is that I had to wait 2.5 hrs. When told 1.5 hrs. Why doesn't Wilson Toyota call to reschedule people. Also, my bill was "much" highet than previously. She explained cost of oil was up.Kaylee did give me a $15 discount for next time!

Very disappointed with my experience today. I finally left an hour and a half after my appointment time. I was informed after being there for an hour that they were very short staffed as a result of employee no shows. I have to ask myself if that’s the caliber of staff that I want servicing my vehicle anyway. Your advisors could have up front to begin with and gave us the option to reschedule upon arrival.
I see no reason to use your dealership for routine maintenance going forward.
