Service is always top notch. I trust Wilson with my car. But today it took more than two hours for my oil change and tire rotation to clear my 20K mileage message - that was with an appointment time. I planned on an hour, expecting it would take less than that, but it took 2 hours and 15 minutes. I was sitting outside and watched them pull my car out. So I went in to pay, but was told the paperwork wasn’t ready. I waited. Then I received a text while sitting in the waiting room that my car was ready. It still took 10 more minutes before I could check out. A suggestion: when you sign up for service online, perhaps a message that gives estimated service time for that option might be helpful. I could see the work being done on my car, and it was less than 15 minutes. It didn’t pay to have an appointment time. So mostly would just appreciate knowing ahead of time that I should plan on 2 hours for that service. Thank you.

Scheduling seems to be a big issue. I was I for an oil change and check ~ I was there for more than 3 1/2 hours. Based on past experiences, about;
40 minutes of work was done on my car. The waiting room was quite full the entire time suggesting more problems than just my schedule. I complained and was told you were short on help. Many businesses are short on help BUT schedule accordingly.
