Waited over three hours for my scheduled service appointment. That's nearly half of my day off with the drive time from Des Moines! And my last appointment I was charged for, when I lease and it was covered. They fixed the last one, but I'm very underwhelmed with the Service Dept.these last two visits.

We only wanted an oil change which I found out we didn’t really need after the fact. Then, I paid for someone else’s service because of a paperwork mixup. I found out the “maintenance required” warning was for tire rotation after every 5,000 miles, not for an oil change. My bill was $84.00. I was not satisfied.

I appreciate that my service rep realized that an oil change should NOT take over two hours to complete. When I asked, he DID throw in a free car wash. My time IS important to me, so when I make an appointment for a certain time, I expect the car to be in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

The technical service that was provided was excellent, but the grease and grime I found on the vehicle when I returned home was totally unacceptable. Grease and grime around both fog lamps, lower left fender, upper left fender and hood, left side of drivers seat, fabric on left door interior, and the interior door pull was filthy. It all cleaned up with upholstery cleaner and heavy duty cleaner, but this is not what I expect of Wilson’s
