Much better than the last time I had my Avalon serviced. You people were more friendly and had time to discuss what I wanted. In addition it only took 1 hour to complete the work.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:30, I got there about 11:10 and was told it would be 2- 2/12 hours before my vehicle would even be started to be looked at. I just needed a routine service and crystal fusion done on my windshield. I was very upset and took my concerns to the sales manager, which got the work done for me. Even trying to get my service scheduled was a nightmare. I have purchased 4 or 5 New Toyota for here and I do expect better service.

When I didn’t get a call that it was ready to install I called & was told they couldn’t probably work it in today but I could leave my car & would have it done by noon Thursday. I had a reoccurring issue with my vehicle. I’m sure I was not the customer Kaley Exline wanted. Despite that, she was professional and got my vehicle fixed correctly at the end of what I am sure was a very long day for both of us. I could tell She was working equally hard for other customers. I’d want her again if I had service done at Wilson’s Toyota. Kaley also pointed some safety issues about my vehicle and service, which I was previously unaware of despite getting service at Toyota dealerships for years.
CJ from parts also helped me. While I was there for service, he helped me figure out my spare tire and put in an order for some parts for another Toyota that I was not servicing that day.
Your team fixed the issue on the vehicle really fast. Great teamwork.
