It **** to wait 1 1/2 hour for oil change…the young lady was great and tried to make it work but the dealership is a bunch of stuffed shirts. Too bad….good product but bad support.!!

Service was fine. However each time I have service work with your company when finished floor mats have dust shoe prints. Prior experience at multiple other dealerships/ service centers use disposable mats and seat covers to prevent such. To me this would be a service enhancement.
FYI Additionally my service experience at BMW and Audi dealerships they vacuum and wash vehicle as part service package.

Well, I went in for a $91 oil change and came out with an $1,800 repair bill, but it sure wasn’t Kayley’s fault, she kept me informed throughout. My REAL level of satisfaction will of course depend on quality of the diagnosis and fix, which I won’t know for months! So, good strategy on your part getting a review 6 hours later! ????

The service at the dealership was excellent.
However the events leading up to it really made me unhappy with the Wilson Service Dept.
I called to make appointment, my call was transferred to the Service Dept., where it rang until answered by voice mail, I left my name, phone number and the reason for the call. NO return call.
Next day I called in again, I was transferred to an Ashton. We discussed what I needed. He claims new appointment scheduling system on the computer, but thought I could my car in August 29 or 30. He would call me back and let me know. NO return call.
I called a week later and got scheduled for September 1, two days after I was supposed to have had an appointment.
I know things happen, but all the years I’ve been to Wilson, I’ve never been treated like this.
I hope this won’t happen in the future.

This is not going to be a great review as much as I would like it to be. In short the time this took was completely unacceptable. I had an appointment made for my service for prob 2 weeks. I arrived early to boot. Was told would take hour to hour and half which I remember thinking at the time sounded excessive. At 245 two and a half hours later was told car was done. I think it took over an hour just to get it on the rack which when I had an app is unacceptable. I feel walkins were being shuttled in ahead of me. Also I specifically told the service manager I didnt need the tire rotation my truck has less than 2000 thousand miles yet it was done anyway which added to the time. So there it is I feel this should have been done in under an hour and it took 2 and a half and I wasnt listened to. Hope we can do better next time.
