I was told it would take 1 hour to get my oil changed. It took two. I don’t know if everyone went to lunch during the time I was waiting, but that is WAAAAY too long to sit in the waiting room!

I had an appointment and it took 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. It took me 2 weeks from the time I called until I could get an appointment. Doesn’t seem right for someone who has been a customer for 30 years.

Fast efficient and very polite the texting thing is cool, questions can be answered right away during business hours, tho tip for the future, texting will sometimes send the messages out of order, best to put numbers on the paragraph's to indicate witch order to read them.
