It took me three days to make an appointment. No one answers the service department phones. I was unable to make an appointment on line. Your site directed me to call or chat. Since phone calls were unsuccessful I did the chat in which i was told someone would contact me to set an appointment. No one contacted me. Finally on the third day I was able to speak to someone for an appointment.
When I arrived at my appointment I sat in my car for almost 10 minutes before someone came to check me in. My appointment for routine oil change, fluids and tire service was for 2:00. It wasn’t finished until almost 3:30.

They SAVED ME! They immediately directed me to the right person to help resolve my potential dead battery issue! The courtesy driver was wonderful- jumped my vehicle, explained a few things. When I got back To the service department they promptly got me in line to get the battery replaced, and even though I had to wait 2 hrs— they were B BUSY THAT DAY- they approximated the time very accurately . Problem resolved!!!! They did their best to squeeze me in!!!!

I was called about coming in for my complimentary service. It was $140(I asked for the cabin air filter). I got there 20 minutes before my scheduled service. And was there for about 3 hours I was told thats about how ong it has been taking. Didn't leave very happy. Don't know if I will come back
