My first time to pay 3% when using a credit card. The charge was <$3 but It just didn’t feel right. It seems it would be better to raise the charges 3% and give customers who use debit card or cash a 3% credit.

Nice welcome and shared information during service. One problem was that the coupon I presented at entrance was not applied to the final bill. Had I had inquired, my cost would have been $20 more. My experience purchasing my vehicle at Wilson was great. My 4 service appointments I have had with my vehicle have not impressed me. The trend has been that the service department is backed up and delayed. As a customer driving 1 hour one way for an appointment, this is less than convenient and ideal. I also now work a job that has limited me to being able to book Saturday appointments or finding someone to bring my car for the appointment. It shouldn’t take over 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation when I have an appointment. It would be more convenient if there was a loaner option so that I could drop my vehicle off the night before and pick it up the next evening. My suggestion would be to accommodate to those that work during the daytime during the week and to shorten wait times. It is nearly impossible to book a Saturday appointment and I can’t justify 2 hours in drive time plus waiting at the dealership.

Often when I have brought my Highlander in for service some of my automatic features have been turn off during the service process and then failed to be turned back on. Once it was my auto headlights and this time it was my dashboard speedometer lights. Once I left Wilson Toyota, I drove to Webster City and on my return to Ames at dusk, I realized my speedometer lights were not on and I had to drive the 40 miles home not able to clearly see my speedometer.
Could a check list be put in place to return the automatic settings back to their function position once service is completed. Than you.
