The wait was excessive! It wasn’t Kaley’s fault but the owner of the dealership. Why do you commit to appointments and not intend to keep them. I think I will buy an oil filter from you and pay someone else other than your dealership to do the work.

Nick was fine, but I'm concerned with the overall service. A fee months ago I took the car for regular maintenance and was told that the break pads were at 4 and close to needing to be replaced. I was traveling to the mountains, so I asked for a the pads to be changed at a different appointment (I was replacing all the tires for new ones). At the time of the appointment, I was informed that "the real technician" had looked at the breaks and the pads were at 6 and didn't need to be replaced. My trip was long (6000 miles), so after return I took the car again for service. This time, the breaks are again at 4, but do I believe it or the tech didn't check? Also, I was told that my tires would need replacing soon, even though I bought new tires from Wilson Toyota about 2 months ago (the tires are clearly fine). So, I'm starting to wonder if somebody really looks at the car or whether all the inspections are not real.
