Pretty terrible experience. Our truck didn’t go onto the lift until an hour and 15 min past it’s scheduled time, when asked how long it would take to see if we should go home or keep wasting time, the lady at the service desk told me that they have had a lot of walk in traffic. A manager then tried telling me that there has only been one walk-in appointment that day. Rather than trying to understand what I mean, the manager kept trying to talk over top of me. There have been lots of negative little things that have built up over the last year. This was the final straw, a manager that is more interested in arguing than understanding what I’m trying explain. Looking at recent reviews, I am not alone with these same issues over the past few weeks.
