Kaley has been my service advisor on several previous occasions, and she is always professional and very pleasant. She is very patient when I discuss the purpose of my visit; she keeps me informed on the progress of my vehicle; and when the service technician has completed the work on my vehicle, she is thorough in summarizing everything. I feel valued as a customer and as a person. I think that she does a terrific job!

I took the shuttle to work and asked that he pick me up later in the day. Jamie called me around 1:00 and said my vehicle was ready. I asked him to let the shuttle driver know I needed a ride. I didn’t hear back so I called and left a message around 4:00. No one returned my call. Fortunately, I was able to get a co-worker give me a ride to pick up my vehicle after 5:00.

I was very upset with Jamie on Wednesday because he said he would keep us posted on when it would be done or even if it would be done. Heard nothing so I called around 4 to see what was happening and could we come and get it. Then was told it might be done by 6. Then it was that it wouldn’t be done until 10 or 10:30 today and then after 11. My. Ride (son-in-law) to come and get it had a meeting at 12 so we came to get it this afternoon around 3:30.
After a conversation with Jamie and an apology it’s all straightened out. No hard feelings about him or Wilson’s. Any work that is needed I will call you for an appointment.
Car drove great on the way home.

Not her fault, but I would have used the Wilson driver to go home for 3hrs!

Jenna is a good worker. The problem was when I made the appointment i specifically stated I needed a loaner. Instead of telling me I could not have one and we would of scheduled a different day , they stammered around and I came away thinking I had a loaner! There wasn’t anybody there to make a decision to get me a car.

Took almost 2 hours for a 5000 mile inspection and tire rotation. I asked for a quote for running boards that didn’t get completed in the time it took for the service. My rubber mat was removed and there is now a large mud shoe outline on my carpet mats from the technician that drove the car. Again had the car for almost 2 hours and couldn’t didn’t get through a car wash. Extremely disappointed with my first service on my Toyota.
