Kaley did great despite the issues with the new service software. She was quick to respond to messages in the system and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Kirby was also great and we had some good conversations in the shuttle as he drove me to/from the dealership and my work.

First, I waited 2.5 hours with my 8 year old daughter for a simple oil change and tire rotation today. I would never have scheduled it at a time when we had to wait if I knew it was going to be so long. My previous experiences have had us in and out in an hour or less. If the anticipated wait time is going to be that long, I should have been advised of that to start with and asked if that was still ok or if I wanted to reschedule. Second, upon checking in for the appointment today I updated our address and also put my phone number in to receive updates. It came to my attention when I got home that my husband was getting text messages about the vehicle and asked if he would like to have a new air filter installed. I was sitting in the waiting room! I should have been the one who was asked and updated, and I’m sure this would have made it more time efficient for you. I did not know about the air filter until I checked out and it was glazed over in the review, as I’m fairly confident the person checking me out realized they had never asked me about it. This is the second poor experience we’ve had with Wilson in the last month - first with sales and now with service. We drive 30 minutes because we prefer working with the dealer, but we will seriously be considering taking all of our business elsewhere.

I was scheduled for an oil change, no tire rotation at 3:00pm today. My daughter dropped off the vehicle at 2:50 pm for me and planned to pick it up later. When we returned at 5:10, the receptionist had to check what was going on and the service advisor finally came to us at 5:55 to say our vehicle was done. No explanation, no apology. Just stated “we were backed up” when I asked why it took so long. Unacceptable. We were the last people checked out at 6:00 pm. I have complained before about excessive wait times for oil changes in the past.

Car interior was very dirty after service: mud all over driver floor mat, door jamb, plastic cover underneath steering wheel, and even some spots on the leather part of the door interior. The car was also sitting outside unlocked, keys inside the car, and unsupervised - anyone could have driven away with it or stolen my belongings.

Kaley was pleasant and very efficient. For older folks who are losing hearing like me, it would help if she spoke a little more slowly. But to be fair, I say the same to my granddaughter. Kaley seems very good at what she does.

I didn’t like the blame on the other Toyota dealership for a part being broken during this service it felt petty to blame another dealer in the area. I don’t like the way it made me feel about Wilson that they would blame it on someone else and charge me when they broke it. It just gave me such a bad feeling about Wilson. I think my decision is made already about ever coming back or buying from there in the future even though Wilson is much closer.

I was happy with the professionalism shown by Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We used the shuttle service to take us to a shopping area. However, when I was notified that my car was done, I gave them a time to pick us up. We were picked up 40 later than scheduled time. That was quite frustrating!
