Zach did very well. But i.had to replace a tire due to a nail and had to repair a tire because of the same thing. I feel a tire bought from your service center should be fixed for a very small price if not free. And a tire less then 4 months should have a discount on a replacement. Also i was not told a cost of the price of the new tire until my update was given to me on the app.
Overall i still satisifed with the service.

Everything went well but my son has an Intoxalock and rather than contact me, the mechanic moved the car without knowing how to use the Intoxalock and this caused a lockout. This means my son has to go get it taken care of within 4 days, requiring him to take some time off work. A simple repair shouldn’t have resulted in my son to have the lockout.
I know it’s a pain to deal with these but maybe call the owner so we can move the car properly. Much appreciated.

We weren’t told an approximate timeframe for our vehicle to be finished. We were in the waiting room and then service person realized we were back and said our vehicle was done and I hadn’t received a text yet.
Have a Toyota card and was unable to use the rewards points.
