You guys charged me $80 just to tell me my car is too corroded underneath to lift to fix the problem. Which is actually hilarious because Hansons of Ames is my usual shop & they have lifted it many times with no problems. So I feel I was overcharged just because Toyota just didn't want to service my sienna. $80 is so expensive for a no we don't want to help you. So we will just make up an excuse. Thanks for the lesson.

Oct 2023 had servicing done. Battery went dead later that month and was replaced by you as "new". But the battery went dead in Sept 2024. Under 1 year and dead. Unacceptable. Hope today's servicing holds up.
