I had an issue with the google maps speed jumping around on the dash screen. Took it in and sat for nearly 2 hours with no input from your techs. It’s hard to believe a client can sit that long with no discourse with the service tech not even an apology or explanation. The problem is still not resolved and I have been asked to bring the car back for a full day to explore the issue. It shows a disregard for the client’s time or any attempt to keep them informed.

I had an appointment scheduled for between 2:00 and 3 weeks in advance it was for a recall on my tundra. Drove all the way up there from waukee checked in just to be told an hour later the parts were not in stock and I would have to come back another time there's no excuse for this and it's caused me a bunch of extra driving very unhappy about it

It would have been nice if he had called or texted when my car was done . Otherwise I have no complaints except we had a hard time getting a loaner for a few hours until my husband talked to the general manager who got us one. The service we used to get at Wilson is the reason we continue to buy cars there but it is becoming more difficult to get that service.

First, I was told that the recall would be repaired today, and it’s not because you didn’t have the parts, which is OK but that should’ve been made clear ahead of time. Second, when I dropped off my car, I signed a piece of paper authorizing the 25,000 mile service. And while I understand the reason that the tech decided to go ahead and do the oil change, they never asked me first and this is my car and before you work on it, you should ask. Now it didn’t cost me anything because it’s within the first view and the truth is I would’ve agreed based on the person’s logic, but it doesn’t change the fact that you shouldn’t be working on a car without permission ever regardless of the cost because it isn’t your Car , lastly, I received a message this morning that my car needed new air filters which is interesting because I paid you to replace the air filters the last time I was in there, so either the tech didn’t check before recommending that I spend more money on the same thing I already purchased or you didn’t actually put in new air filters last time and just charged me for them, or you put air filters in that are only good for about 8000 miles. None of this is acceptable.

The technician didn’t fully identify the problem as I had requested. I specifically asked for a complete examination to determine the root cause before beginning any repairs. However, the coordinator left me with no choice but to agree to repair parts I was confident were functioning perfectly.
