I was due for a tire rotation. Because I had prepaid service package for a few oil changes he decided to "go ahead and change my oil since Toyota was paying for it." I did not ask for that. I specifically said ahead of my car being taken back that I wanted to clarify it was a tire rotation only. He confirmed on the iPad. I specifically prepaid for these so I would have them paid for during the upcoming holiday season and wouldn’t have to worry about it. Now I have one less.

I went to Toyota of DM and i was ignored and told battery is fine all Toyotas have the start/stop system disabled when voltage is low. The service team at Wilson Toyota offered to test battery when i told them the electrical system was acting up and i needed to go out of town. They replaced the battery it was bad. That is why I keep coming back to Wilson Toyota their service team takes care of their customers needs.

I had to wait for anyone to acknowledge my presence when arriving then customer service stated had to wait still longer. Once a person acknowledged the length of service time was much greater than was quoted when service was scheduled. I did overhear while waiting one service rep who was having issues explaining to customer the work and car part function - not sure right now how much confidence and satisfaction at Wilson
