I went to Toyota of DM and i was ignored and told battery is fine all Toyotas have the start/stop system disabled when voltage is low. The service team at Wilson Toyota offered to test battery when i told them the electrical system was acting up and i needed to go out of town. They replaced the battery it was bad. That is why I keep coming back to Wilson Toyota their service team takes care of their customers needs.

I had to wait for anyone to acknowledge my presence when arriving then customer service stated had to wait still longer. Once a person acknowledged the length of service time was much greater than was quoted when service was scheduled. I did overhear while waiting one service rep who was having issues explaining to customer the work and car part function - not sure right now how much confidence and satisfaction at Wilson

People were very nice and I received $20 discount for having to wait longer than the original time estimate. However, I had to cancel my plans for the rest of the day, because I ended up waiting for three hours for a tire rotation and oil change. I booked the appointment online a few weeks ahead, and they should stop overbooking people, if that’s what’s happening.
