Service of vehicle was okay, what made me upset was when I went to paid for service and was asked if I was paying by debt or credit card. When I said credit card she said there would be a 3% add on!! What the hell, why wasn’t I told this when I made the appointment, have been a customer for over 25 years. Very very poor customer service!!!!

1. I had to call to see if my sensor's were in yet after waiting 3 weeks.
2. Then set an appt for 2-weeks later and that it would be all day. So I made arrangements to be picked up
3. Brought my car in at 9:00 am. Did not receive a call at all so I called to see what was going on at 5 pm Friday.
4. I was told that the person working on my car was behind with a previous car they were working on. My car was not done.
5.So I was given a loner/had to call another ride back to Ames.
6. This is Tuesday of the next week. Once again I had to call back to Wilson to find out what is going on with my car,
7.called the wonderful salesman Austin to see if he could get me answers. That was at 1pm on Tuesday and didn't receive a call until 5 pm today.
8.was told that my car should be done in am on Wednesday
