I was wondering if I was going to get a survey. I had no issues with Adam Ott in is at all. I wish I would have been treated with more transparency as to what is the actual problem with the battery but $166 later there was none. I was more put off by the sales staff that I was transferred too that seemed like they couldn’t even walk across the parking lot to look at my vehicle and give me a trade in value of $500 over the phone. Offensive. That car and myself were actually featured in the New York Times and Wilson Toyota framed the article and was in your lobby. One I don’t know if I even step into again. I’m looking to another mechanic that works on Prius batteries and the price difference is well, much less. I can be reached via phone if you would like to talk. Thanks

The oil change and tire rotation was done as scheduled and in a fairly timely manner. This service was still complimentary on a new vehicle. I learned today that any future work paid by credit card will incur a 3% surcharge. That will be enough for me to take my business elsewhere. This purchase has felt like it has been all about the money with customer satisfaction a lesser concern. I was forced to take some add on equipment I didn't order nor agree to at the time of purchase which was at full sticker price. The experience doesn't encourage repeat business.

Service was great and so was Eric. However I can’t believe a Company as large as Wilson Toyota would start making their customer(the reason they have a business) pay the credit card fee of 3%. That is the most tacky thing I think a Company could do. I have been coming to Wilson for a lot of years and things must be pretty bad for Mr Wilson to pull a stunt like this. My appointment was at 3:45 and I got in to my car at 5:58. That's 3.25 hours for an oil change. Too long of a wait. I was in the waiting area. At the most I would think that it would take 1hr including the "50 point inspection". My requests were handled appropriately.
