I had a terrible time getting this scheduled and done with the right parts and it just seemed like a logistical nightmare. But, once someone explained to me what was going on and what was recommended I was happy with that. Then they fixed it more quickly than anticipated, at a lower cost than anticipated, and even fixed the squeaky something in the cargo area. Wow! I never even mentioned that to anyone.

My service was good...what I was not happy about is that you are now charging a 3% fee if we use a credit card. Why would you not communicate this to a person who calls to schedule a 100K mile service at the time they made the appointment. I think that is really unfair and inappropriate. I asked, when was this change made and was told Sept 1. I asked, did I miss communication about this and was told no, they are just telling us as we pay. I drive from DSM to Ames for my service and have ever since I bought my 2017 TAV from you. This made me incredibly unhappy. I do understand costs go up, but you surely understand most every person uses a CC and you should give us the respect to let us know before we arrive. That way we can decide if we want to pay that fee. NOT as I'm pulling out my card to pay my over $300 bill.

Car has had a high pitched whistle since we bought it new. Have had your techs try to fix it several times. Told us it was a known problem on that model. Now we're told it's the driver side mirror and want us to spend $676 for a problem that existed when it was new.

I had an appointment at 11:30 for 25000 mile service and it took 2 hours plus for tire rotation and the check on any other issues. Although everyone was polite and attentive I think that was an awful long time

Two hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. Then an oil leak was found and yet they couldn’t give me (verbally)any details on where the leak is located. Not until I read work order (at time of payment) was the leak noted. (Noted as a correction on W/O. The interaction with service writer was unacceptable. Not coming back.
