I had two lights on my dash that I had not noticed and nothing was said to me. When the tires were aired one went away. I noticed the check engine light in front of Fareway on the way home. Trip back to service and that is when I found out that it was noticed and made note of when I came in. I am 90 years old. My husband always took care of mechanical problems. I let my grandson do most of my driving for me and he doesn’t know cars. Computers and electronics are his thing. My daughter said she had noticed the lights but forgot to say anything. If I had known I would have said something about getting it corrected.

I just wish Wilson Toyota was like Maplewood Toyota in Maplewood, MN, having coupons for service. Maybe that's why they're the #1 Toyota dealership in MN. We use to live up there, and bought 3 cars from them. They serviced our vehicles and always serviced them. They always had coupons on their web site. They also washed your car automatically. Zach was great getting my car in earlier. Thanks Zach. He did advise me on tire sale in October. Have a blessed day

I drive from Des Moines and wait for service. Last visit I had appointment at 3. was told service backed up and would be minimum 1.5 -2 hours before tech could get to it. I had a meeting and could not wait that long. Required to make another appointment and return week later. Not sure why we schedule appointments two weeks in advance.

Toyota care Plus contract expiration is listed as 9/23. It should be 8/25. More importantly the service notes indicate a RR tire puncture which I found out when I returned home and reviewed the service report. Tires were rotated so I don’t know which wheel the RR tire or if the puncture was repaired. The truck spare is unused but that tire could have been used to replace the damaged one. Again, The truck was released to me and I drove it home without knowing I had a punctured tire.
