I looked at the prices I was charged on the replacement parts, and all but one of them was higher than the MSRP directly from Toyota (https://autoparts.toyota.com/).
I come up with $402.02 for parts, whereas I was charged $476.84, a difference of $74.82. That's an 18% markup over MSRP. That's outrageous. With 7% tax that's $80.06.
I'd like to have a refund of that amount, please. I am genuinely unhappy with this.

I was told 1.5-2 hours for oil change and inspection. It was closer to 3.5 hours. They told me my battery was dead. I said it was checked at the dealer - a month ago and was fine. I told them to recheck. They did and said it was fine. I had an appointment. I think you overbook. If that’s the case, it isn’t a good idea because mechanics might hurry and miss something or be more likely to make a mistake . I’m usually happy with the service. I was the time before but the time before that the person who checked me in was a real ****. I don’t think he’s there anymore. There seems to be a lot of turnover with the people who check us in.

Service tech was friendly and professional. My car is now more frustrating to drive because the ac fan is now squeeling and the plastic under car, while it did need replacing, is banging against concrete where it was not doing that before service. Cabin filter was replaced and ac notices started after service.
