My representative was thoroughly polite and professional, but this is the second service visit in a row that took faaar longer than expected. This time I was returning to have a tire patched that had been examined earlier and was told it was patchable. Turns out it was not repairable because of where the hole was located, so an hour and a half following the start of my appointment, I was told I needed a new tire and recommended to get two tires (which I did).

Tire pressure icon was on and I asked them to take care of this at the beginning of the service appointment. I asked when the vehicle was ready if this had been done and they said yes but it wasn’t. I drove away and got on highway 30 and could see that the icon was still showing I had to drive back and have them complete the service I drove back on the same highway. There is a rollover and the highway was closed for 25 minutes also there is still a squeak coming from the same area that was worked on and it is ongoing at now at the present time.

thought service would take about an hour, so was rushed when it wasn't finished within that time, and it was going to take even longer (hour and 45 minutes total). Jessie (I think) kindly offered me a ride to work because the shuttle wasn't available and I was going to be late. It would have been nice to have ongoing communication throughout the call.
