Have not had any communication since it was first looked at. When I got that only call and was told it was being sent to campustown garage made sure to let her know that it should be under warranty and was told she would call me with any issues. I called twice today. Was promised a call back. It never happened. I was told on the second call they weren’t sure it was done or not as they were doing paperwork???

Had tires rotated. After 25 miles rear passenger tire almost fell off. Lug nurs were really loose. Other three tires also has loose lug nuts. Very dangerous situation.

Korie was fine. Service manager kind of an argumentive guy. Seem like he tried his best to make his appointment mishaps my problem. I had set appointment to have 25k service, replace plastic molding on drive seat controls, and rims to be sanded and painted. The last two weren't on the schedule. He was raising his voice and told me I should have remembered whom I spoke with, therefore it was my problem. He told me my rims needed major work. I came home and got them smooth our and touch up. Not really sure what his issue was but I won't be buying a $70k truck again. Don't let him go based on this. Just thought you should know how I was treated.

We were waiting 5 hours for our vehicle to be completed. Had maintenance checkup and asked to check out suspension. Was told needed brakes so told them to go ahead and put them on. Came back after 2 hours and hadn’t even started it.was told get to it soon be 1 hour. Came back and Asked about it and said they were working on it and I said how can that be it’s setting outside. Finally they came out to get it and and be 45 minutes more.

I received a text at 4:55 with the charges and inspection notes. I waited 10 minutes and saw my car parked outside. I went out and checked, but it was locked. I went back inside and sat down. Finally at 5:20 I get my keys and paperwork. I live in Des Moines so I have to wait at the dealership until it is finished. I had the same problem last year. My car was finished, but the advisor was at lunch so the whole process took 3 hours. The actual service done on the car was great. It is hard for me to justify driving over to Ames at this point.
