I was treated poorly on arrival. I sat in the lobby for 2 hours 40 minutes without any updates. I was told they let my car run for an extended period of time while it was being evaluated yet the average miles per gallon did not change, which allowing the car to idle always decreases the average miles per gallon.

My car was done and I sat and waited for an hour for them to tell me it was done. They said they were waiting for the diagnostic paperwork. This is the second time this has happened. I can tell when my car is done because the Toyota app tells me when it is parked and locked up.

It took 3 hours to change the oil and rotate the wheels. After driving for a while I heard a strange noise coming from the front of the car and found out that the lug nuts where just put in place but not tightened on one of the wheels. I am glad I checked!
