I had an appt. for 9:00 and I never left Toyota till 10:45- I think you need to schedule your appt. more realistic- I didn’t appreciate having to wait that long when I was told it would take an hour.

This appt took entirely too long. 4 hours and 15 minutes is just out of line. On top of that our low tire light came on abd it added additional 45ish minutes to our time. We teally did not plan on almoat all day in Ames. We left our home at 9 AM and returned home at a bit after 3 PM.

I should have known that the “MAINTENANCE REQUIRE” alert pertained to “tire rotation” at 5,000 miles 1st and oil change at 10,000 miles. I thought the reverse was true. Since new tires had been installed 600 miles ago; this oil change was premature. $$$

It took 2 1/2 hours for you to change my oil and rotate my tires. Then you didn’t reset my “service car soon” light, and had to go back in and ask the young man to reset the information screen. We were considering ordering a new Toyota Crrown and had talked with Brad about that possibility, we’re now rethinking that consideration as this the third time I have had to wait more than two hours ti have my car serviced.

Overall, experience was pretty good. My only feedback is that I was told, by multiple people, that it should take 1.5-2 hours for the process. I scheduled it over my lunch window thinking I could wait a little longer before I went back to work. After not hearing anything at about the 1.75 mark, I stopped back by thinking my ride could drop me off and I could just drive back to work. I asked for the status and they were just getting it pulled in. It ended up taking about 3 hours, which is fine. I just wouldn’t haven’t delayed going back to work and would have planned my day differently. If it wasn’t going to be done during the given timeframe, it would be nice to receive that update.
