Hello, I have actually tried to call you, the service manager three times. I had my 4 Runner that I just purchased there in for service Monday. I was told it was a 3 hour appointment. I had a 7:00 am appointment and was there until 10:54am. When you buy a car from one Toyota deal ship and then move out of state and go to another Toyota dealership and they don’t work with you at all in the financial end. I am a senior citizen that is on a very tight budget and I pay you a lot more than most places and one day I was wanting to buy another car through your dealership but have second thoughts. It is not the people they all seem to be nice but it is the policy or lack of them I don’t know. But I just have tryed to talk to different ones and they send me back and forth to service to sales and back and forth. The last person I left a message and I never heard back and it has been a couple weeks by now. She may have been head of service I don’t really know. I don’t recall her name either. I am not a complainer but my daughter is disappointed in your courtesies. She bought a brand new Toyota in KCMO. She said I needed to talk to you guys. She even tryed calling you. One last thing sometimes we call and the phones donz’t seem to work for several days then they start. Trying to get through to someone is almost impossible. Or they don’t call back either. I like coming to you service in Ames. I drive an hour to get to you when there is a place it town that they change locals oil and do their car repairs. But I like your telling me what you find when you do an all over check. I really like coming to you even at 78 years young! Thank you for listening!!
