I had 2 hour wait to get service completed. Than after the long wait my 2020 Highlander still says Maintenance Required”. I live in Eldora, Iowa and now I have to drive back to Ames to have someone fix this . Gas is not cheap !!!

I waited 2.5h at Toyota Ames to learn my cars tires had not been previously aligned at Toyota Grimes, IA. What a wate of time. I do think they forgot abt us bc several people came in after us and left earlier than us. Very frustrating, since we drove 1 h to get to Wilson's.

I didn't like the system. Made an appointment for 1030, so I wanted to drop the vehicle off a little before 8 so I could get to work. Instead I was told I have to pull into the bay and wait for the next available service rep to check me in. A 30 second drop off was made into a 10 minute wait. Then, it is unclear, but according to the app/text the vehicle wasn't ready until after 4pm. So, why make an appointment?

Eric was very accommodating. I purchased my tires from the Toyota dealership in Grimes, Iowa, but it was gonna be three weeks before I could get in for an oil change with them and I usually purchase my tires from Toyota so when I get a oil change, I can get a rotation done at the same time and even though, I didn’t purchase my tires from the AIM store. I told him my predicament and he very nicely waived the rotation fee so Toyota In needs to get some more oil change. People Because we shouldn’t have to wait three weeks to get in for an oil change got me in four days after I called

I paid $200 to inspect my car for a noise from rear. They did not find a broken leveling bracket until I told them to look for it. Also they did not notice a play in the CV axle. So I am not sure what to think. I don’t seem to have confidence in the inspection done.
