60k mile check was quoted very reasonable and best value when getting local estimates at another local dealership. Check in process efficient and friendly professional service team. I asked if during my service appointment they had any recommendations re the sap I recently noticed on my car. They offered to perform an acid wash to rid my car of the sap and looked into my warranty and found this service was covered at no extra cost. Both services performed within my original service time quote. Very thankful to have completed both services at the same time. You’ve got a new customer! I felt respected and valued and received top notch service. Thank you!

A 2.5 hour wait for a scheduled service appointment is ridiculous. Everyone is always super friendly but something has to be done about the excessive wait time.

I came in for an oil change and got an oil change. I also do appreciate the multipoint inspection that is conducted. The only thing that I do wish is that there would have been snacks in the customer waiting area. The coffee machine was phenomenal, but I could have used some free snacks (a vending machine was available).

Our oil change appt was for 5:00 pm. We were there a little early and the van still wasn’t done until 6:11. I still change my own oil so I know it doesn’t need take over an hour. We’re not mad about it and it’s not a big deal but if you’re looking for a way to improve - one idea is to shorten the amount of customer wait time, especially, if they are early to an appointment. At work, we like to respect everyone’s time by starting and ending meetings on time. Respecting your customer’s time would be a way to improve. Thanks!

Please make sure that when people are there waiting for their vehicle, that someone comes out to let you know when things are running behind. I had an 11am appointment and didn’t leave until almost 1:30. The only reason I knew things were running behind was because an older lady asked at the desk how much longer. I had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I’ve been using Wilson toyota for almost 10 years and never waited that long (except of course for the day the derecho hit while I was at the service center). Quality customer service is letting your patrons know it’s taking longer in case they needed to make alternate plans. Especially during lunch hour!

No real criticism is due, always treated well. My one complaint is excessive wait time. I realize things take time and you only have so many people working at a time. But if you could keep it under an hour for routine service like oil changes and tire rotation you’d be fantastic!

It took always 3 hours to have my vehicle serviced. I made an appointment and arrived as scheduled. After 2 hours I asked one of the ladies for an update on my vehicle and she said she would check and she never gave me an update after 15 minutes. I went back to the counter and asked again and she still had no update. I then went out to the service area and asked. One of them told me they were finishing up. I asked why it was taking so long. He said they were behind. However, there were a few people who arrived after me and they got their vehicles before I did. The lobby was clear at one point and I was the only one in there. Very poor customer service. At least they could have kept me informed on the status. This was a simple service only.
