This was the single worst experience I’ve ever had while getting my vehicle worked on. Everything from the lack of communication from Chelsea to Max lying to me about supplying a parts list after paying $166 dollars for a diagnostic. Now I have to wait four days for Chelsea to get get back to me about my extended coverage… 4 days. At this point I’m just waiting for Chelsea to call and tell me she lost my service contracts I gave her. I’m never coming back, this was horrible.

The technician did not reset my required maintenance screen. When I called over to get help to reset it, the person helping was not happy that it took too long .
She told me the gear menu brought up a list and to scroll down through the list with the down arrow. On my car it brought up a list to the right of it. So I had to scroll over with the right arrow. She told me I was wrong about it. I finally stopped trying to get her to believe me and found the reset button by scrolling to the right. You need to add the reset to your maintenance checklist so the technician resets this at each visit.
