Should not take 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. At check in was told about 1 hour. Several customers I visited with were complaining about the wait time. Doubtful I’ll be back.

I just think appointments were overbooked. 3 1/2 hours for tire rotation, oil change and the usual inspection seems excessive. Also the back panel inside my van had been removed along with another cover inside that area. They were just lying in the back of the van when I picked it up.

I made an appointment, brought my car in early and left it there and my oil still wasn’t changed 2 hours after the appointment. I was not notified about any delay until I reached out stating I needed my vehicle back. Delays are one thing. 2 hour delays where there is no communication is another. A simple oil change shouldn’t be that difficult when an appointment is made. If you are short employees, ask your customer to reschedule. If you overbook on purpose and expect customers to deal with it, that is not a business model that creates customer loyalty or satisfaction.

When I dropped off my vehicle the shuttle took me to work and said they would be there to pick me up between 5 and 5:30. He took my phone number. I called your shop at 5:10 because I hadn't heard from the driver yet and they had to send one of the techs to get me before you closed at 6. If I hadn't called I would have been stranded.

I was there on time they told me it would take 1 and a half hours so I waited I have a sick husband at home so I took my chance of being out in that time well it ended up to be 3 hours I wish they would have came out to tell me they were running behind I think they took other cars ahead I had oil change and tires rotated at the end of this time I said please check on my car and he said they were filling the oil I am NOT happy

Tires still leaking I’ll get it fixed. Thanks for charging me $47 for nothing. I brought the vehicle in clean at tire goop all over the rim. I’ll get that cleaned up too. I guess since the tire needs fixed again they’ll be able to clean that up for you.

Had an appointment for 10k service and refresh crystalfusion. At 1 hour and 50 minutes it was still not done. I asked for my car back. After getting my car I received a text, "Update: Great news Ryan! Your vehicle is all serviced and ready to come home! Thanks, Erik Ott" which was false information, of course.
I've had this service done at other local shops, usually completed in around 30-40 mind. This was unacceptable.
