I had a appointment at 8:30. I got there early at 8:00. I had something come up I needed to get back home asap. I was there gor 1.5 hours gor a oil change. That’s a long time. The work was excellent. My only complaint it took so long!

Two hours and fifteen minutes to get an oil change with no explanations as why. Will not be returning. This was a scheduled appointment. $10.00 dollar discount was not enough.

I made an appointment for oil service and a check on malfunctioning headlight beams. I was in your waiting area for almost 3 hours only to learn that the oil service was complete but no technician had looked at the headlight problem. I was told I had to schedule a new appointment to look at the headlight problem. I am unhappy!

I’m sure that Wilson Toyota is not committed to achieve their customer’s complete satisfaction. I have been a customer of Wilson Toyota for 17 years. The first years were fine but as time has gone on I don’t recognize any employees from my previous visit. Service has become less and less professional and of lower and lower quality. Yesterday I had to state the question repeatedly in different ways just to be sure what the would be included in the service. Then I waited over 1.5 hours rather than the usual 30-45 minutes. During that time one elderly man told the receptionist that he had been waiting three hours and another customer two hours. And a mechanic chatting with the receptionist told her in front of all the waiting customers that there were cars backed up everywhere and many wouldn’t be complete by the end of the day. When I left I wondered what quality of service my car received and even whether the mechanic had done what the charged me for. (I even found an error in his report.) I want to buy a new Prius prime and yesterday was told that new Toyotas are hard th come by but there were some pre owned models available. It seems Wilson Toyota is now a used car company. We bought a new rav 4 prime from our old dealer in Pennsylvania last summer. I guess I’ll buy my Prius from them too. Wish they were closer so we could get our service there too. Very sad.

The past few times I’ve brought my car in, I’ve had to figure out how to get the display back to what it was before bringing it in. I shouldn’t have to spend time digging in the owners manual to do that. Technicians should be able to do that after doing an oil change.
