The past few times I’ve brought my car in, I’ve had to figure out how to get the display back to what it was before bringing it in. I shouldn’t have to spend time digging in the owners manual to do that. Technicians should be able to do that after doing an oil change.

The service was HORRIBLE as usual! Why does it take 2 hours to get an oil change? The exact same thing happened last fall. My husband was there a few weeks ago without an appointment and was done within an hour. I had an appointment and it took 2 hours? I would rather go to Carroll or Fort Dodge if service is going to be like this going forward.

Service itself was great but car dealers aren’t equipped to deal with infotainment issues, in my case the car no longer syncing to google maps. They gave me a couple things to try but I’m not optimistic

We had been waiting for 9 months to get our second key for our 24 Grand Highlander and when we found out it was finally ready the server was down and we were not able to get the key and now have to make another appointment which was frustrating, but we do understand this happens. I would like to get this key programmed sooner than later.
